Cowells norwich sharpening system?

I have a sharpening water wheel with motor....model 25-400. Looks like made in UK but powered for US (115v 60hz). It was given to me by an elderly woodworker.

It has an adjustable rod/plate for tool rest.
Are there accessories for it I should have and instructions? how can I find such things?

I tried using it last night. It must be a very find stone grit as it takes forever to remove any metal. More like just polishes. So I guess I stick with the scary sharp approach using sandpaper on glass for a flat hone. Since all my chisels and blades have a flat hone it would take forever to use this wheel since it would need to get to the concave hone.

No. It looks very much like a Tormek with only 1 wheel for grinding.
