My local craigslist has this Contractor grade 10' table saw & router table combo - $200. I know i should not be looking, but anybody have an opinion on this?

Looks like it could use a little shine job, but $200 for a full size Delta contractor saw with a Unifence is a good deal if all is in working order. You could get close to that in parts, so it's fairly low risk IMO.Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

I would agree with Dustmight. Assuming the saw checks out OK and the fence is good I don't see how you could go wrong. New Unifence U30 costs more than that deal. Just gotta make sure you take some time to check the saw and fence before you lay down the green.
