Anyone have experience with this fence system? Or opinions? I may be replacing my fence and want to get the most for the $$$. I think the Bies is out of reach for what I want to spend so I have been looking at the Vega, Shopfox. Thanks.

I think if I ever have a cabinet/hybrid/contractor saw on which I'd like to upgrade the fence, I'll get a Mule Accusquare. Reason being their fences have t-slots on both sides and the top, making adding things like auxiliary fences and hole downs a little easier. -
Hi Rags - I've used two different Vega fences....one I know was the U26, not sure what the other was but they were pretty similar from what I recall. I had that U26 in the shop for several weeks and liked it alot. The micro adjust mechanism works great, and it's a very simple install. I love the Biese too...I wouldn't trade it in for the Vega for keeps, but if I were fence shopping I'd have a heck of a time justifying a $350 Biese.
Shop Fox offers a couple of good Biese clones..the SF Classic is a copy of the Biese Commercial, and the SF Aluma Classic is a variation of the Biese Homeshop fence. The Aluma Classic offers t-slotted aluminum faces over a steel fence tube, along with rugged steel rails.
I've used the Mule too, which was a big step up from a 1982 stock Sears fence but it's lighter duty than the steel alternatives and the Vega. It also requires sliding the fence off the end of the rails to remove. The Mule does have some nice accessories going for it.
The Delta T2 for $150 (or less on sale) looks to be a really good value on a "Biese Lite". Lowes had some killer prices on the Unifence recently too....you might find some Ebay or Member Classified deals.Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.

Hi Rags
I have a Shopfox classic which came with my saw. It is really heavy and completely solid and simple, all steel construnction with high density plastic fence faces. It is extremely easy to adjust for parallel. It doesn't have any microadjuster though. Also the little cursor where you see the numbers is a a magnified dome, so you have to be careful to stand directly over the little red line.
I'm happy with it, although I do miss the microadjuster on my BT3.
