Fair Price for Dewalt 12" 80 Tooth Blades ???

In my Trex double layer deck project they recomend using 32 tooth CMS blades (because of the plastic in it ???) As they have Dewalt combo packs e.g. 32 & 80 tooth @ Lowes and I didn't have the time to sharpen the ones I used (or wait for an internet purchased 32 tooth only blade) I now have two extra brand new 80 tooth blades for a 12 inch CMS.

I looked online but they look like different models going for $45 to $85 ..... What's a fair price for sale of a brand new blade(s) ????

I don't about the blade but ... just some friendly advice to pass along

FWIW, if you haven't research composite decking on the internet, I suggest you do so before buying or continuing your project ... you might have second thoughts if you do ... at the very least check their warranty againt the growth or staining affects of "mold" formations on the material

We were ready to pull the trigger on a rather large, two level deck to be build out of either Trex or Xtendex composite this summer, and just happened to come across an article that really gave us second thoughts about what we were going to use ... and based on the large $$$ we were going to be spending, we've resolved to go back to simply using Cedar ...

Check out the following article ... Composite Decking Vs. Wood

Take it for what it's worth ... and by no means am I saying that Trex, Xtendex, or any other composites are BAD or shouldn't be used, it's just that they may have some hidden issues that the average consumer may not be fully aware of ...

    All the best ...

The price diff is because of the different models, features, etc. If you could give a little more info on the blades would help. Model number, kerf, carbide, hook, etc.
