    Need a router template tutorial...

    Hi all,

    I have a friend online who needs to install some hardware so that it is recessed a couple of millimeters into the face of an MDF sheet.

    I was trying to explain how to center the base plate and clamp on some guide boards to guide the router base only where he wants it to go, but he's pretty new to this and I know an online tutorial with lots of pictures or video would help him out a great deal.

    Anyone know of such a tutorial?

    Googling so far has turned up a couple of cool sites, but nothing that really illustrates this very well...
