Where do you get your biscuits?

I was just wondering where you guys get your biccuits for your plate joiners. I have been looking online and just want to get some good biscuits for a good price. Thanks

I purchased mine from amazon.com. The Porter Cable variety pack, cost was $19.95 and includes #0, #10, #20. Alot better than $6.95 for $1.50 at Lowes or the Borg. I throw away about 10%, too fat mostly. Thats probably par for those.

I have yet to run out of the 1000 that came with my PC 557, though I think I'm close on the #20s.

I've bought them from different suppliers, but I think the last time was from HD. I don't find much difference in them from where they are bought. I don't use them very much. I do put them in an air tight container with some of those little moisture absorbing bags like that come with cameras etc.

Just take them in the house and microwave them for about 60 seconds or so
It will drive the moisture right out and you are good to go
We keep ours in tight jars but when we first buy them we "cook" them

I bought a 1000 variety pack and another 1000 #20 years ago when I got my Skil plate joiner (no longer sold and that isn't a bad thing). I am still using up these biscuits. They are snug but a tap with a mallet gets them in the slot just fine.
