Will the Ryobi sanding sleeves fit the ridgid OSS? I tried a search but could not find an answer to this question.

Ryobi sleeves
Cannot answer your question,but I got the Rigid OSS a couple weeks ago and they sold me the Ryobi sleeves. As soon as I realized it, I just returned the sleeves and ordered from Klingspor. The sleeves and belts are cheaper. Took 3 days to get here.
Klingspor has a set of sleeves, and it includes a 3" sleeve which is not needed for the Rigid but is cheaper per sleeve than the Ryobi set. I do not understand why HD does not stock sleeves for the OSS. The belts were also cheaper from Klingspor.

I'm pretty sure the sleeves are a standard interchangeable item. You know, 1/2" 1", 2", whatever. You just slip them over the rubber liner, then torque down the knob. The torquing of the knob causes the rubber liner to bulge, holding the sleeve in place.
