    Unifence and webbed wings?

Just realized the fence will get caught in the holes. Anyone know where I can get solid cast iron wings or a way to make the fence work with webbed wings. I have a Ridgid 2424.

I've seen some people laminate (mica) the tops of the wings. Of course, you need to be able to lower the wing by the thickness of the laminate. But you can undo it later on if need be, and it is cheap.

The Ridgid 3650 has them, so parts or the Orion 22124 saw has 12" ones that are nice. You also need to have a flat surface the entire length of the rail , the top has to be flat and use legs too on the extension table as there is downward pressure on the top when you lock the fence.
