I found this on a local Craigslist. It model number is 298032. Is it worth $125? Do you think it would be an upgrade to my BT3100?

While I would say it's worth $125, that would be for someone who is starting out, looking for a saw.
Not an upgrade from a BT, IMHO.

What is the miter gauge? decent, or the cheapie that came with it?
Unknown condition (did the former owner abuse it), so may need things like a new motor in the immediate future.
On the positive note, bigger table, can use an 8" dado.
You'll have to decide for yourself what, outways what.She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
