    TS featherboard

Does anyone know if this clamp would work on the BT3100 without much modification. Seems like a quick and clean way to set up a featherboard...and maybe other stuff.

Why doesn't the word 'planing' show up in my computer spell check?

They look interesting, but I can't find any reviews.

Pro Grip clamps used to me marketed by The Woodworker's Choice before they went out of business. Woodline USA carries them now.

I bought some a few years ago. They are very handy as straight guides, and I like using them for panel glue-ups.

I just did a quick test, and they will clamp to the BT3X table top as well as the SMT.

If you have a specific configuration in mind, let me know. I could cobble something together. I am away for this weekend, though.

          Thanks Knuckles.
I was just wondering about how it lined up with the saw table top when clamped onto the rails. Could it be used for a featherboard setup or possibly a miter slot?
Actually, if it could be set up for a miter slot then I have featherboards that fit into a miter slot.

It wouldn't be flush with the table top if you clamp it to the rails. The clamping pads are only about one-half inch deep. It does clamp to the table top just fine.

I don't think it would function the way you would want. You'd be further along, in my opinion, making a table insert or purchasing the OEM miter slot accessory.

Give me until Monday evening, and I can shoot a few photos to illustrate what I mean, if you'd like.

Yes, something like that does work.

I used the "All in one clamp" and their featherboard.

(EDIT) Ok, how do you insert existing attachments into messages without uploading them again?
