    HF 2HP Dust Collector

Picked up the HF 2 HP dust collector on sale for $169 minus my woodworkers club 10% discount. I also picked up a trash can Cyclone lid from Woodcraft and a remote start switch. Assembled the dust collector and was plesently surprised. Everything was in excellent condition and all the parts and bolts were there. I am now running 4" S&D for the duct and waiting on size adapters, hoses, and various connectors and hook ups I ordered via the Internet. Hopefully in a week or so I will have an operational system.

Hi John, I used mine for the first time this weekend. Great buy! I am just
using a 8' piece of metal dryer hose for the time being. Can you share the
source, descriptions, and part number for the accessories you ordered?

    Thanks, Paul

Jarhead beat me to the punch on Outlet Tools. They are --W-a-a-y -- cheaper.

John, what is the woodworkers club and is that 10% discount good for every purchase you make at HF?

It is the Northwest Indiana Woodworkers Association. A local woodworkers club I am a member of. They have a deal with the local Harbor Freight store to give all their members an additional 10% discount on top of what ever sales are made. All we have to do to get the discount is show our current membership card. I have even used it on top of some of the 20% Off coupons.
