    Dayton Belt Sander

I just brought home a used Dayton 6" belt 9" disk sander. Cast iron bed and table, looks plenty beefy, and just needs a little cleaning up. I should scrounge a guard for the belt. Price - $120.

Two questions: First, are these machines at least as good as a new or relatively new Craftsman? Second, any thoughts on where I might find a manual? Dayton Tool and Supply appears to be out of the machinery business and I have no idea who the new owner might me.
