Help me w/purchase decision - DC/Drum Sander/Router

I have a chance to buy a Jet DC-1100ck(30 hours use), Performax 10-20(3 hours use), and P-C 690 for $575 (this is my bargained down price).

I really just wanted the sander but someone was elese was interested in it first. The seller said he really wants to get rid of all of the tools quick so if I wanted all 3 he would sell to me. I already have a HF DC w/ a canister but can probably sell it and consider the Jet an upgrade. I probably will also sell the router since I already have two. So, for around $400 I could have a 10-20 and an upgrade DC - worth it?

I'm not an expert on pricing used tools so some help is needed.

I'd think the sander alone would be worth your bargained down price. I'd be all over that deal.

One consideration. IMO you're correct that the Jet DC would be an upgrade..one I'd probably want to pursue, but the HF DC isn't likely to bring nearly as much on the used market as the Jet would.

The 690 should bring ~ $65-$75 pretty easily of it's in good shape.
