Bosch 4212L or DeWalt DW716?

Hello - I've been lurking a bit and bought the Craftsman BT clone based on the info on this site. This site helped me save a bit of money on it too!

Now I'm thinking of buying a CMS and saw (again on this site) that Amazon has a discount on some tools. I've kinda narrowed it down to these two (links below), and am looking for advice on them or other choices. I'll be using it right now for installing some oak baseboard. Future uses will probably be some light home construction and some general wood shop. Thanks for your help.

I can't imagine you could go wrong with either one. I have not used either as I have a Hitachi 12 inch CMS. I think between the two the Bosch stands out particularly at it's current price. I don't know what blade the Dewalt comes with but the Bosch comes with a 40 tooth blade that may be good enough for what you want to do, up front bevel control, built in laser, built in extension wings and built in adjustable crown stops. With the current $50 off for $299 or more from Amazon that is a deal for a really sweet CMS.

I have the previous version of the DW716, the DW 706. Read those reviews as well. The thing is a freaking tank with tons of oomph!. I'm still using the original blade that came with it.

Here's the 716 reconditioned for $229. I don't think you could beat this price. Slap it on one of the Borgs MSUV for $99 and you've got one heckuva combination.
