Holbren Reversible Glue Joint bit help

I brought a reversible glue joint bit from Brian a while back but never used it. I could have sworn he used to have instructions for various bits on his site but can't find them ( I could be wrong about that tho).

Anyhow, has anybody used this bit and could help me with the setup?

I believe the center of the bit is set to the center of the stock, but, does the outfeed side of the router fence need to be foward some ammount (like maybe 3/32")?
