I need to add to my collection and wondered what anyone thought about the HF versions of these drills. They are about half the cost of the BORG and Lowes models but are they worth spending the money on? If they work fine, well great! If not, I don't want to waste my money on an inferior tool.

If you do not have a cordless drill, they are great. Fairly powerful too. Quality is OK. I have had two. First one was really used hard. The trigger broke in almost a year, but I got my money's worth from it. I bought a 2nd one and used it off and on. My son-in-law has it now and really likes it.
For the price and power it was a good buy for me. . . and my SIL.Hank Lee
