    Nice new Bosch drill/driver...

Just arrived in Oz (and maybe UK - Ray?). I paid about US$75 - expensive but torque up the wazoo and nice and light weight: 1-3/4lbs. 10.8V (weird). Has a kind of "soft-start"

That's my DeWalt 9.6V behind it.

    Details here: http://zaptocs.bosch-pt.com/boptocs-...B&prod_id=9881

Interesting. I've been hearing a lot of radio commercials here in the states for a Bosch driver that they advertise as small, light and easy to carry. The commercial suggests that it's good enough for 90% of jobs- but that it's light to carry.

When I saw your new one, I thought that must've been it, but then I checked the bosch us site to confirm, and it's not....though it too has the 10.8v battery.
