    Grizzly G0513 Bandsaw

Just bought it. While I didn't have much room for a tablesaw (hence the BT3100 purchase), a resawing bandsaw is a must. I always purchase stock and size it to my needs. Much more efficient than buying already sized lumber.

I'll post pics as soon as it arrives.

I don't have one, but Thom and I looked hard at one in the store last week.
In person it's a heck of a saw. I think you'll be super happy with it. Pat
Woodworking is therapy.....some of us need more therapy than others. <ZERO>

      Cabotcat,

I'm thinking about the same bandsaw, too. Is the only diff between this one
and the "X" one cast iron wheels? Also, one concern of mine is how am I
going to get that into the shop? Do you have a hoist or do you own a forklift
as they suggest in the manual?

      Thanks,
      Paul

In addition to cast iron wheels, the "X" also has:
polyurethane tires, cast-iron fence & larger table. Consequently, the shipping weight is ~30% higher.

There is a short review with detailed pictures on WoodNet.
