What I'm trying to figure out is a simple and straightforward way of being able to connect the dust ports of each of my various portable power tools to the vacum hose, so I can try and collect the dust.
Of course, the problem is that alll the dust ports on the tools seem to be non-standard, and of differing sizes.
I don't want to haveto buy hose for each and every one of these tools. That would be too expensive, (even if it were possible).
It makes sense that I should be able to fabricate some sort of adapter for each of these tools, but I've been thinking about how to go about it, and no obvious solutions are coming to me. Even loitering around Home Depot to see what they had for me in terms of raw materials didn't help.
So, how have younze guys aproached this problem? Honestly, the best I've come up involves _way_ too much duct tape.
