pulley wheels for table saw

I want to swap out the pulley wheel(s) for my TS (it's an old Craftsman). I know Inline Industries (probably among others) has a kit with the link belt and two machined pulleys for $50 - but I already have the belt, and I'm not sure I want to try replacing the pulley on the arbor just yet - it sounds like it could be a PITA to remove. So long story short, I want to replace just the one pulley. Looking on Grizzly, it looks like they have some machined pulleys, but the size is bigger... would that pose a problem?

The way I see it right now, the bigger pulley wheel on the motor would translate to a slower blade rotational speed.

Thoughts anyone?

Bigger motor pulley equals faster blade speed. There are many places on the web in which you can order pulleys.
The best place may be at Surplus Center. I have bought lots of stuff from here and it's a great place to deal with.
Pulleys may also be called sheaves I think for searching help.

Anyway, thanks for the suggestion - haven't bought stuff from them before. What's the shipping costs like? (I hate giving out personal info to any website just to get a shipping estimate)

On a related note, IF I were to go with a different sized pulley, would it be better for the saw blade to be spinning faster or slower?

The shipping charges are very reasonable. They don't inflate it IIRC. On par with shipping from Mcmaster Carr.
I would suggest going with the same sized pulley if it's the original or the same size as OEM motor.
The saw and arbor and bearigs were designed with that particular speed in mind. If you can't get one exactly the same size, minimally larger would probably be okay and minimally smaller would be less desired.
