Impressions of the Freud LU86 and LU88
Hi gangs...during the last Amazon Freud frenzy I succumbed to the temptation and euphoria, and bought a couple of new blades on sale...the LU86R010 40T TK general purpose blade and LU88R010 60T TK crosscut blade.
I've had the chance to use both enough to form a very favorable opinion and wanted to alert those who may be interested in these terrific bargains. Both are a step up from the Avanti/TK and Diablo blades, but are priced just a few dollars higher. I think both blades are a great match for the BT or any saw under 3hp, and are quite reasonable for the level of performance...~ $36/$50 delivered. I like them both better than my LU84, and nearly as much as my WWII.
