There usually aren't that many real gems. If you don't have a Harbor Freight around, you can get a lot of similar stuff (similar hand tools, clamps, etc) for a little more money than HF. The rest is largely refurbished Ryobi and Ridgid. There is a discount over normal HD retail, so there are good deals, but nothing too great. Of course, that hasn't stopped me from buying a Ryobi router 2 years ago and a Ridgid CMS in the fall. Definately stop by and see what they have.
I have bought several Ryobi Routers and the Ryobi 18 Volt kit from them at a good price but in the long run I think they are going downhill. On most items I can do better at Harbor Freight.
In my neck of the woods we get them around every 3 or 4 months, Just have to be "very" careful what u buy..anything that drills holes in anything is usually a no-no, Ditto with saw blades. Clamps are cheap, not great but cheap. Most of the tools are as stated above, reconditioned, I've seen ssome good buys but then some real trashed ones. In anycase it fun to go and look around.

Nothin' smells better than fresh sawdust!
They were in my area recently and I have to agree with John "they are going down hill". I've bought several tools from them before that were good for the price, but this time I bought a 5" multi-vise from them. I got it home and regreted it immediately, should have spent the extra $20 and got one at Lowes. The vise was very poorly cast and put together. It had slag, rust and casting clay on it that was just painted over. The paint fumes when I opened the box were terrible.
One day only so no return. I took it apart used a rotary tool to clean up the worst stuff and a sand blaster to clean the rest. Put a coat of Krylon on it and it's better, but still wish I got one at Lowes.

Well, I went yesterday and the only thing I bought was a 5qt Cast Iron pot that my mother in law asked me to pick up. Most of it was as you folks stated, junk.
There were a couple of Ryobi and Rigid recons that I thought about but, while they weren't bad prices, they weren't great so I decided to hold off and buy them somewhere that I can return them if I need to.
