Ebay has an Skil 18V circular saw, drill, jigsaw, & light for $90. Is this too good to be true?

Same material in ryobi cordless batteriese as far as I know. Great deal, but batteries might be dead. Make sure they are close to new, and the seller guareentess the batteres will work on delivery. (and print out the page, and keep it)
