I ordered my router through Amazon, and it was 238$ or so. The next day, I found out about a coupon that was valid 9 minutes after my order went through. I attempted to cancel my order, to reorder using the coupon, but they wouldn't allow me to cancel it.
At this point I was a little upset about it, because my projected ship date was 4/6. If they weren't even remotely close to shipping the thing to me, why not let me cancel the order?!?
I sent them an e-mail explaining the situation, and I got the automated response saying they'll get back to me, probably within 24 hours. The next day I received an automated e-mail that they had shipped the router. I still didn't hear from Amazon. The router got here, and I still didn't hear back from Amazon.
Today, they told me that they credited my CC with the discount. So good on Amazon! Well done.
So, not that this is a boast, but I got the bosch 2 base kit with above table adjustment fixed base, plunge base, edge guide with microadjuster, bushings, and the adjustment wrench for 213$. I'm a happy customer.
