    PC6902 router. Opinions.

Found a pc 6902 with the plunge base(6931) that I can buy for $79.99. Will be for handheld only. It is used but seems in good shape. Good deal? What do you all think?
    Thanks

I have 3. It is a good router with a couple of quirks. The older style clamp for the body is a pain sometimes. The newer quick release is supposed to be better but I only have the older style. The plunge base is definately a pia using an allen wrench to tighten the clamp and then it stays stuck when loosening. No soft start. Still a very good router. Sounds like a fair price too.

Jim, I replaced the clamp on my 693PK with this, http://www.hartvilletool.com/product/10972 I recommend it or the Rockler version.

I have that setup and I like it.
