    HF Sander

HF Sander Lot 5154 is on sale for $70. Haven't seen much talk on this one. Anyone have one and want to share comments? Easy paper changes? Belt wonder? How do you like it?

almost bought it for $56 with the HF20% coupon, if you have the room the 6852 can be bought for $128 on sale with the coupon. another option would be the small ryobi for $99 Joe

Definetly don't have room for a large sander. I was looking at the Ryobi, but if this one is a decent machine, I'd rather save the $30.

      Anyone have this sander?

I was deciding between the two about a month ago. Based on the information I collected I decided against the HF sander. The ryobi seemed to receive good reviews and had no complaints from it's users. I'm just waiting it out to see if any other options come along as i'm not in dire need of a combo sander at the moment. Most likely I will end up picking of the ryobi.

On sale for $59.99 less the 20% or: $48.00 plus tax. Might just be a good deal at that price! Hmmmmmm, let me see, my weekly budget for tools is.............

I must have got a good HF6852, table holds zero etc.... not real pretty but does it job. well worth $128. 5154 for $48 is a real good deal, around here its a crap shoot if the stores will match the web price and take the coupon. joe
