Bandsaw decision & riser block source

I may be picking up a Reliant 14" Band saw for ~$100. Second choice is a Sears 12" for $150. Is the Reliant of sufficient quality, or should I go with the Craftsman?

Second, any ideas on sources for riser blocks for the Reliant? I assume I could order a riser from Sears for the craftsman, but sources for that would be helpful too.

I'm not a bandsaw owner, nor do I play one on tv. I am thinking about getting one though and I don't think you can put a riser block on the craftsman 12" since the frame is not cast iron. I could be wrong but that was what I thought.
