    Roofing nailer

Has any one used this HF nailer 92917-4vga? I have the garage & shed to do, not to be used as a job tool. I picked this one because of the lower (2.5) air requirement compared to the other HF roofing nailers. Or should I just bite the bullet & go for a PC or Bostick, I know the quality difference, but this is a tool I will use maybe 1 or 2 more times in my life. Thanks, Joe

The Hitachi 45 is a super roofing nailer. Easy to use, good balance and doesn't jam up.

Alsa, let my youngest son (age 32) use it a while back. and while he had it, he had a fire in his house and it got ruined.

I took the "own to sell" route, and bought a refurbed PC from Amazon, then sold it used on Ebay when finished with the job. The total outlay was low and much less expensive than either renting or owning. The tool worked great BTW...

I bought a HF roofing nailer about 2 or 3 years ago and I had great luck with it. It never jambed on me. I don't know what model number it was as it is in storage right now. It was regularly anbout $139 and I paid around $90. I think it will do the job for you.
