Hi Dino. I like the Eurekazone from what I have seen. I would love to try one out. Thanks for sharing the photos and write ups on the various ways to use yours. I did the same with with mine. Not to critizize your product, but to help others concider what kind of utility they want or need from either system. I have found that most folks will buy a saw guide tool to cut sheet goods. Both systems are well worth the money when you look at it from the various ways (as we both have pointed out) they can be utilized to increase accuracy, make it fast and easy to use and store. I can't say that for all of my tools.

We both can agree that we are passionate about them becaause they are an exiting, fun, and easy to use system that can be used by a newbie woodworker on up to verterans. Thanks for the fun spirited banter and I look forward to getting my hands on a EZ guide system someday.

    Thanks!

      Thanks Scotty.
I'm not trying to put down another tool.
What I'm saying is.. This tools are different.
You got your money back many times over with the clamping features of your guide. Guiding your tools (with limited capabilities) are an extra bous. The EZ om the other hand takes you into the "Dead Wood Concept" but..without the "edge clamping" abilities of your guide.
      Have fun and work safe.

Dino's favorable, polite and professional response was payment enough. That's why I like it around here.

6)The clamps accept a 90 degree assy t-square base giving you perfect 90 degree set ups and has a built in rule in the top of the guide so I can measure and square up in one step. (I believe you would have to a seperate square and a rule on the Eurekazone for that hmmm, EZ can't do that, go grab another tool.)

Scottydont: is the UMHW base plate the same ones from Rockler?, looks different... You are making convincing argument to go with the system especially with the price difference with eurekazone setup.

Everyone I've corresponded with who has the EZ Smart loves it. It is quite a bit more than just a saw board.
