Where did the ability to Subscribe to a topic go?

Sam, there used to be a way to "subscribe" to a topic so that when someone replied to that topic, you recieved an Email.
What happened to that function, or if it still exsists, how do I access it?

I can still see it. Up above this window where you see:

It's not always available - for instance, I can't see it when I look in a topic in "Member Classifieds"
