Can't Quick Upload pics

I can't seem to do a Quick Upload of pictures anymore. When I click on the
link, I used to be able to browse to my picture and upload an image into my
posts. Now, a popup window opens up saying:

"Note that the quick upload will set the image viewing permission to public in order to add it to the post"

That's it. No buttons to browse to my file. This happens in IE and Firefox.

It works for me! So the box you are seeing is not exactly like the one in this screenshot? Click on pic for larger view.

I'm seeing the same text in my box as yours but I don't have the text box or
Browse and Host It command buttons. It's the same in IE and Firefox.

When did you first notice the problem? Anyone else having this problem?

It appears that one has to be a Patron for the quick upload to work. If you are unsure of your Patron Status go to User CP> Paid Subscriptions

I've confirmed this by creating a new user. Once I changed this user to a patron I get the ability to upload pictures. Before that with the user name of Staff I got the box without the input box and no buttons.

I guess I will do it through the attachments button above. I hadn't tried
that before.
