WARNING on file upload

I tried to upload a .jpg image with a 92 kB disk size, and received this warning twice as it failed to upload:

Warning: fopen(attachments/2/7/4/4/8968.attach) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in \includes\class_dm_attachment.php on line 574

Is that a forum or server problem, or some problem with the file itself?

Looks like a permissions problem. I'll look into it tomorrow.

I tried to load a picture just a moment ago, Sam. And I am aware of one other that did earlier and could not...

Give me a few more days to look into it. BT3Central is a "hobby endeavour" for me and it gets my time accordingly. Our worship leader was sick yesterday so I was at church from 7:30a to 7:00p yesterday and did not get a chance to look into the issue.

Yeah, I know we have a permissions issue. I plan on looking under the hood when I have a few free minutes, but I gotta "do the work that pays the bills" during the day. Tonight my son has a Scout commitment that I must attend with him but I should be able to look at it by 9:30pm (Eastern). I'll get to it ASAP, I appreciate everyone's patience.

Shhh... don't tell the boss I'm doing personal stuff on work time.

Looks like uploading is working both in the "attach file" method as well as in the Gallery (for Patrons) but even though the gallery is working it's still giving errors.

I still have an issue with sompe posts missing their pictures, this is a symptom of the previous failed attempt at the server move. I am going to have to dig deeply into the database and that is gonna take more time than I can devote to it while at work. I'll get to it ASAP.

Naw, it was just a JPG I snagged of the interweb to use in a PowerPoint presentation for a Pack meeting.
