The last several times I've tried to buy from Rockler, entering their site from the BT3Central site, my order has not gone thru. I get shipped to a 'site not accessable' page? I call in my order and the person on the phone has no idea how to credit the BT3Cental site. Any ideas why I'm having trouble supporting youz guys?
