    Reputation Points?

What are reputation points? What are they used for?
    When does your title change?
    Anyone know the answers?

Readers of your posts can add or detract reputation points based on their perception of you posts. Seems nobody here pays much attention to that feature. Unlike some other forums, this one is pretty good about keeping things civil and positive, so the reputation feature is kind of moot.

I believe your title will change from "newbie" once you reach 100 posts. If you contribute some $$ to the site, I believe you then have the option to edit the title yourself.

do a search for naval lint (or maybe it was belly button lint) and you'll find the topic that got me my negative rep point.

If at first you don't succeed, deny you were trying in the first place.

I took a look, not the most interesting topic but kinda funny. Doesn't seem to warrant a negative rep point. I have seen and said a lot worse. Hope this post doesn't get me a demerit.

          Hey Mike,

I just added to your reputation! That was a good "too much time on your hands" post. Funny too!

I just looked it up, too (belly button lint). I think somebody may have overreacted. I saw nothing objectionable about your post. And the post by "just4funsies" was hysterical.

Ahhhh That's what that button is for. Did not even realize that such thing existed.
