    Image Size, Again

I'm not jumping on anyone, but I enjoy admiring forum members efforts in Finished Projects. But, I'm on dial-up, have no other choice, and when there are several 200k pics, I have to bail out before looking at the project.
For those using WinXP, please go to http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe
Install this Microsoft addon and then right click your pics and use the Image resize option to scale down the image sizes. Image file sizes shouldn't need to be more that 50k each, usually 30k.
There are ather programs, free, for non XP users.
    Thanks for letting me vent.

on another board i was on, they've got some kinda script implemented that no matter if you upload a 5 megabyte file , it will alyways be resized to 150k in posts. under your files area it remains 5mb.

wonder if this could be added here.

Boy...I sure wish it could be, Matt. I'm on dial-up too and have written threads like Ken's that appears above. It drives me nuts that it sometimes takes my puter about 5 minutes just to see a pic and then it's so big I have to scroll back and forth to see it all. Sam...I know nothing about computers...IS there a way that pix could be automatically sized so those of us on dial-up wouldn't have to bail? I don't even GO to the finished projects area, although I would like to.
