Image Problem

Everytime I try to upload an image I get the following error :

Uploaded file is not an image

I have tried small JPG and BMP images and always get that message. I posted a few photos only days ago, however for last two days I have this problem.

Any advice?

I tried to upload an image today. Same problem. Never had a problem until today.
