Spell checker?

Is ther any way to check speling before posting?

The older Forum Software had a Spell-checker, I believe, though I never used it.

Right now your only choice is a good dictionary.

Ultimately, Sam will get some other more important stuff taken care of and then we'll again have a spell-checker.

You can compose your post in your Word or Wordperfect package, check the spelling, and then paste into the reply box.

Alright Boys, Listen Up....

1. Go to user CP at the top of the page. (the brown menu bar).
2. From there you will need to click the "Edit Options" link.
3. Scroll all the way down to Miscellaneous Options.
4. You will see the "Message Editor Interface" option.
5. I selected "Enhanced Interface - "Full WYSIWYG Editing."
6. Save changes and your done.

You may have to install a spell checker option. Just click the spell check option in the upper right corner of the message editor box. If you start spell checking, you are fine. If a message box tells you that you need to install it from a source on the web, click proceed and follow the directions.

I will admit, that I discovered this option yesterday....

I have a spell in chequer
It came with my pea sea
It plainly marques for my revue
Miss steaks I kin knot sea
As soon as a mist ache is maid
It nose bee four two long
And eye can put the error rite
It’s rare lea ever wrong
Eye strike a quay and type a word
And weight four it two say
Weather I am wrong or write
It shows me strait a weigh
Eye have run this poem threw it
I am shore your pleased too no
It’s letter perfect awl the weigh
My chequer tolled me sew

I use Firefox browser and it has a spell checker extension that works on any and all message forums.
