New forum feature...

I was curious as to how many countries are represented in the forum as well as counts for each. I also wanted to play around with modifying the Snitz forum code.

The result is a link at in the Statistics section of the Main Forum Page that says "Countries represented by this forum". "Countries" is a link to a new page with the statistics.
