    Forum Troubles?

At approx. 2:50pm EST I was on the forum and my entire site "went down" for about 3 minutes. There were several people on, did the same happen for you? I am just curious.

It may not be related, but I could not get in about 8:30 a.m. Central time. Tried other sites to make sure it wasn't my connection, but it was just this one.

This afternoon, approx. 3:00-3:30 EST, I tried several times to open a topic, and each time I got "this page could not be found".

Don't feel bad. Despite Microsofts warnings for everyone (and especially to corporate IT people) to keep security patches up to date, they didn't do it themselves and fell pray to the worm.

Saturday through Tuesday, from here in Japan, I ran into "page could not be found", slow page loads and slow access to different sites at different times - which was much more than normal. It was as though the worm didn't just go away but lingered around.

For the past several days, I have noticed that the forum has really slowed down. I just assumed that it was my crappy old dial-up modem at the office. I have DSL at home, and it seems to be OK. Is anybody else having this problem, or is it just me?

Mine seems to be a tad slower, but not significant ,except in threads with long posts.
