    Hey Norm!

Are you getting in OK now [?]

I finally got it figured out. I discovered that the "invisible" posts were appearing when I looked at the source code, which gave me an idea: I use IE 5.5--but in Japanese version--and the encoding is set by default to Japanese Shift-JIS. It normally works fine, but if certain extraneous characters get inserted by accident, it can cause the Japanese code page not to appear. So I manually switched to Western European ISO encoding and voila, the page appeared!
There may be a way Sam can fix this on his side, but I haven't checked several options yet.

      Norm,

Thanks for that input. That might be my problem too. I do find that unicode savy programs generally work great for Japanese.

I discovered when writing my own website that in order to have both Japanese and English pages appear properly, I had to use the "meta" variable to specify the character set (charset). Sam's "meta" variable doesn't specify the European character set, so my browser defaults to Japanese when displaying it, thus causing the problems.
