Since I've decided to try building one of those chip separators with the Thien lid/baffle, I finally decided to make one of these tables to connect to my HF Disk Sander.
There are two table surfaces - lower one is connected to the support leg, and also gets clamped to the DS's regular table; upper one is adjustable, slides over lower table, and has graduated holes into which I can slide a 7/8 roofing nail to be my pivot.
The table is 24in long, and holes are place in 2in increments ref. off the disk - 2in radius = 4in dia. disk, 4in radius = 8in dia. disk...so at 12in radius, I stopped, because the upper table is reversable, and I numbered the other side of the same holes, giving me up to 44in dia. capacity - before I move the upper table out to its maximum position! Total theorical disk diameter capacity is 57" when table is reversed and extended to maximum (theoretical because I don't know if this is strong enough to support the weight.)
Works pretty well, got the two plywood disks cut and sanded into circle for my Thien lid. Thanks for looking.

What darts? That's a sophisticated lottery-based estimating system I use to decide things like my tool budget (never even get on the board for that), how many hours a project will take (first number^second number^third number), and the cost of materials I'll screw up on any given project.
