    Clamp Stand

Anyone have plans for a clamp stand that they have built and like?
I tried a version that is mounted on the wall and didn't like it.
I have a mix of pipe clamps, C clamps and quick grip clamps. Not more than a dozen total.

    thanks,
    Andy

I think that a free standing clamp rack for a dozen clamps is a bad idea. The rack takes up too much floor space. What didn't you like about the wall racks?

I hang all my longer ones from the ceiling. Always within easy reach, and take up no wall or floor space.

This is still wall mounted but versatle and easy to rearrange if needed.

Quick grips hang on a 2x4, pipe clamps from the overhead, and spring clamps on a piece of aluminum angle.
