    And so it begins .....

I'm not sure that I know yet what I got myself into ...... but I've officially started over that slippery slope ........ WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure how fast this project will move along, but anybody that's interested can follow along here ......... http://bt3gallery.fhauto.com/view_al...umName=Cyclone ..... I plan to try and photo document the entire build.

Didn't know you could weld wood. Can you cut that on a BT3?

Just joking. So you doing a cyclone from scratch. Do have you plans? I will be interesting to follow your progress

WAAP plans (Wing And A Prayer)

I'm actually using a little bit of everything, I have shopnotes plans, I have Wood plans, I did a little research on Pentz's site ..... then I went and found all the info I needed to draw my own layouts. So I'm using plans for reference material and basically doing my own thing ..... dunno if this will work or not, but it'll at least put me a step closer to having a cyclone.

Well Thom, I got kind of excited thinking it was one of the cbeer-leader things you yell through for a heavy-duty cheer-leader. And the fact it turns out to be the first stage of a Cyclone is even more exciting! :>)

Should be interesting.. keep us updated and Good Luck!

                Regards...

Nice work so far, Thom. There is nothing wrong with doing your own thing. That is if it works.
I have faith in you, though. Don't let me lose it.

Cool! I made mine, following WOOD plans though, no welding just a ton of rivets. Yours already looks better! Have fun ...... its very satisfying!
