Guide to cutting T-slots in UHMWPE

    As promised...

As usual with T-slots it's a two part process. In this case...
    1. Using a straight 1/4" spiral upcut, full speed 25,000RPM, cut to the finished depth. I used two passes. Like cutting thru cheese!
    2. Using the Woodhaven slot cutter. At about 12,000RPM to let the bit "bite". At a "slowish" feed rate, the bit seemed to be happy pushing the "dust" behind it - no clogging up. A t-bolt clears the slot.
I now have an identical (profile) fence on both my (Triton) router tables, so the fittings (stops etc), all work on both

    T-Bolts are from Woodhaven.
