Slat Wall - Custom hangers?

Anyone that has installed Slatwall make their own custom hangers?

Haven't done it but am still thinking about installing some of the plastic product in my shop.
I would think that you could use t-nuts of the right size and attached anythng you want.
Jeff probably has some the right size for the job or if he doesn't this thread may prompt a new size...I'll only take a small fee for the new product.
