BT3100-1 on BT3000 stand?

is it a good idea? I've someone who is selling BT3000 box stand
with storage cabinet (mobile).

Put together properly the BT3000SX Base is much more substantial looking and I suspect stronger than the BT3100 Legs.
I know if I get a BT3100 I plan to put it on my BT3000 Base and if you have the chance to get one, I'd suggest you do the same.

I recently purchased a BT3000 base and replaced the base on my BT3100. I like the BT3000 base much better for storage and mobility options. Good luck.

Great! Actually, the person is selling me the whole BT3K and I'm picking it up today. Except the motor and the mount, I'm thinking of using all the
accessories.
