That's It!
Now that's EXACTLY the kind of thing i was looking for. I was gonna settle on the external box thing as a fair substitute, but this is great. Probbaly not as sturdy, but its not for thieves/drunks/sabatours. Only kids that might mess around, which together with the breaker at box and individual tools' lockouts should be enough safety.
