    Finishing Products Storage Plans

I am tired of my better half (bless her heart)using my workbench as a painting stand and leaving the brushes and assorted paint supplies on the bench. To be honest there is no good place to store the stuff. This also applies to a lot of wallpaper and wallboard type of supplies.

Has anyone got some ideas of how this material can be stored in a compact fashion? I am prepared to spend some time making some type of cabinet but would appreciate any advise or plans.

Don, do you have any room for something like this under your bench? I borrowed this pic from one of our fellow members (the name escapes me, thank you) here on BT3 for a possible future project.

The tub storage design was Tom Miller's idea. Thanks Tom.

Thanks for the good ideas guys. I like the use of plastic containers and I had not considered a unit on casters which might work well in my application.

Does anyone else have any suggestions as to the best way to store or hang paintbrushes that have been used and cleaned?

          Don,

          How about something like this?

          Wood Magazine folding workbench

Someone here made one, but I can't remember (or find) who it was.

Three things come to mind about it:

1.) You have cabinet space for storage.
2.) It appears to be compact.
3.) It gives LOYL ample space for painting, and leaves your workbench free.
