Yesterday, LOML & MIL brought me home a copy of BEST-EVER WORKSHOPS 2005 by the editors of WOOD magazine. There are some very good ideas in this and it's worth taking a look at if you are planning a new shop or a remodel. I did a quick scan last night and plan a much more detailed look this week. Lot's of stuuf for small shops too.

Larry, I got my copy yesterday also and yes there are some good ideas in it. Happy reading. -
Shoot Larry I don`t know whether to thank you or not?
I first read this post this afternoon, was killing time before lunch.
After lunch I took the trailer over to Lowes in Altoona and picked up enough material to run another 80 ft of fence.
Hmm walkeed through the door and that magazine was the first thing I saw, yes it followed me home. I am sure there will be some projects come from it.Sanity is just a one trick pony. Being a bit Crazy is a wide open field of opportunity!Comment

It's a special issue, not included with your sub (or if it IS included, I didn't get mine, either, nor any of the other special issues they put out now and then). Available at newsstands or from the Wood Magazine online store.
A lot of the content of these things is recycled from the magazines, and/or from other special issues, so it pays to take time to thumb through it on the newsstand to make sure there's really enough new-to-you content there to justify the cover price. Right now they have another title out, called "450+ Best-Ever Shop Tips," but a lot of what it contains is in a couple other special issues I already have.LarryComment

Not available at HD, but at lumberyards. Expensive stuff, by the way. Made for use in outdoor signage.- David
