I'm currently restoring this rather large aged red gum table.
Between the timber joins is a blackrubber type silicon.
Because this table was assembled in four sections, and can also be dismantled, filling it with glue is not an option.
I'm going to use a Hard burnishing oil, and need to find out where to get this black rubber type filler.
Can anyone advise.
